We are at a loss for words … Erin was a beautiful intelligent young woman with a heart of gold. She will be dearly missed and will stay in our hearts forever.
Erin enjoyed spending time at our Little Bear Lake family cabin where she was often seen with her pink fishing rod, her blueberry picking bucket, or a favourite book. She loved to travel, Puerta Vallarta was her favourite but she also really enjoyed her trips to the Mayan Riviera, New York, Las Vegas, Disneyworld, California, Maui, Cabos, Cuba, Belize and Jamaica.
Erin had a passion for cooking. She enjoyed making meals from her meticulously planned menus, but it was her ability to transform leftovers or ‘whatever is in the fridge’ into soup or casserole masterpieces that was impressive, her love of pasta was undeniable.
Erin loved true crime shows like Law & Order and CSI – it often made us wonder why she didn’t become a lawyer. In 2013 Erin walked across the stage and received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation – earning this took sheer determination, grit, and hard work. She was so proud to be a 3rd generation CMA taking after her grandpa and her mom.
Her passing will leave a void in the lives of those who knew and loved her including her parents, Linda and Rodney Andal; her sisters, Britney (Tyler) Schimpf and Stacey (Cam) Brassard; her nieces, Hayden, Makenna and Kennedy; grandmother, June Lamers; grandfather, Arnold (Terri) Dyck; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her furry companions, Hazel and Loki.
A celebration of life will occur at a later date.
I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be.

I think of you numerous times a day knowing you are all grieving and there are no words that can take away the pain at this time. Big hugs and love to all of you.
Erin will lovingly be in my heart as the little, big sister of Britney and Stacey, summers at the lake, birthday parties, weddings and Christmas Eves…. A lifetime of memories.
