We require a minimum of 4- 5 business days from the time of the signing of the cremation authorization forms to the delivery of the cremated remains to the family.
Delivery Policy:
We require a minimum of 4- 6 business days from the time of the signing of the cremation authorization forms to the delivery of the cremated remains to the family. The cremated remains and all selected merchandise items will be delivered in person by a funeral home representative to your residence within Greater Metro-Edmonton. Note: All deliveries must be accepted and signed by the customer at the time of the delivery. Mailing or couriering of the cremated remains and/or any merchandise require separate arrangements and are not part of this agreement.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only available in the extremely unlikely event that the customer is unsatisfied with the service rendered and/or merchandise provided or the services and/or merchandise were cancelled prior to being provided or used. All refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days of receiving of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to process cancellations after the “actual” cremation process has been initiated. In cases where the customer cancels the agreement prior to the actual cremation process, only those services and/or merchandise already employed will be charged to the family.
Return Policy:
We are unable to accept returns on any merchandise, unless specifically related to damage and/or flaws that were present and noted at the time of delivery to the customer.
