It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Ann Fuller (nee Weeks). Sharon was the kindest, gentlest and most thoughtful of people, loved by all who met her. She had a warm smile and the amazing ability to make everyone feel special and appreciated.
Sharon was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Sharon will remain forever in the hearts of her loving husband, Bob; children, Kelly and Linda (Jon); and granddaughters, Ashlyn, Jessah and Halle. Sharon will be missed by all who knew her.
Sharon was born in Nanaimo and moved to Victoria with her parents Bill and Lizzie, brothers Ken and Bill, and her sisters Lois and Joyce. She grew up in Esquimalt surrounded by family and friends. She married Bob in 1962 and they moved to his hometown of Edmonton, where they started their family.
Sharon had many hobbies and interests and led a rich and wonderful life. She loved to travel and saw many parts of the world with Bob. She loved the sun, had a serious sweet tooth (especially Purdy’s Chocolates!), loved shopping, arts and crafts, bowling, gardening, and was a very fast walker! She was a dedicated grandmother who spent countless hours recording video of her granddaughters at their many activities.
Our family wishes to extend our thanks to all of the healthcare workers at McConnell Place and AgeCare Jasper Place who took such excellent care of her in the last years of her life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.

Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your mother. She was such a wonderful soft spoken lady and I was honoured to have known her. May she now rest in peace.
